“A massage is just like a movie, really relaxing and a total escape, except in a massage you're the star. And you don't miss anything by falling asleep!”
― Elizabeth Jane Howard
My name is Emma Wilson and I am highly trained (with qualifications credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University) in Anatomy & Physiology, Clinical Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Body Massage and Diploma in Holistic Facials.
I started Head to Toe in the summer of 2017 and have loved every minute of the experience. This truly is a journey of discovery and one that I look forward to continuing. My first interest in Complementary Therapies was several years ago when my Mum accidently (and unsure how) stabbed her eye with the bristles of her hair brush. It flared up and was sore for weeks, she tried prescribed creams and potions but nothing seemed to work. One day a lady asked my Mum “Have you tried Reflexology?”, having not but prepared to try anything she booked an appointment and was completely amazed that within 24 hours of the treatment her eye was much improved. Something that has always stayed with me and as a result been on my list of things to study further. Finally, and thanks to the amazing support of my husband I am now doing something I absolutely love.
Treatment Room
I have created a warm and welcoming treatment room within my home in Sauchie that with soft lighting, candles and gentle music gives that immediate sense of calm to begin the relaxation process. On first meeting you I will carry out a consultation, establishing your expectations from the treatment and get to know you so that these holistic therapies can help you both physically and emotionally and where you need it the most.
There are many benefits to these treatments and as blood flow is increased sending fresh nutrients to our body cells the repair process can begin. Balance and energy is restored, improving mood, helping those that have trouble sleeping and overall giving us a better general sense of wellbeing. I get a huge buzz when someone tells me how much better they feel and you’ll see from some of the reviews on my page how people that have suffered with arthritis, aches & pains, skin conditions, restless leg syndrome and so on have really felt the benefit. Some just come for the pure relaxation of it all...a time to switch off...something we all need to do in this busy world we live in.

Treatments Available
Reflexology (60 mins) £30
So much more that a foot massage! Based on the believe that our feet each have a map of reflex points corresponding to all areas around our body, pressure is applied stimulating these points, improving the flow of blood, sending messages along our nervous system promoting homeostasis (balance) within the body.
Indian Head Massage (40 minutes) £25
A truly powerful treatment that originates from the Ayurvedic technique dating back thousands of years in ancient India that has been applied and passed on from generation to generation.
Sometimes referred to as “Champissage” the Hindi meaning of Head Massage and where the modern day word Shampoo has derived, these traditional techniques have travelled and continue today.
A massage applied sitting in an upright position, fully clothed to the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face.
Facial (60 minutes) £33
A beautifully soothing treatment using the organic and vegan friendly Botanicals range that with regular treatments can help improve blood circulation and skin tone.
The first 30 minutes involves a superficial, then deep cleanse and tone followed by exfoliation and a warm oil mask.
All followed by a gentle massage to the arms, hands, chest, neck, shoulders and face. It makes me feel relaxed just thinking about it.

This form of massage is the bedrock of other Western techniques that others such as Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy have derived from. It’s aim is to increase blood flow, sending fresh oxygen and nutrients to the cells of the body to replenish and begin the repair process where we need it the most. A lovely massage that is relaxing, slowing the breathe, giving us focus and benefiting us both emotionally and physically.
