I love nothing more than being able to choose how I earn a living and I wouldn’t be here today doing what I love if I hadn’t taken the plunge and learnt how to create an online business, learning skills I knew where inside of me and within reach If i stepped out of the comfort zone.

Not only have created an on affiliated marketing business, online platform and several websites but the skills I have created to market my in person events have allowed me to build a life that I love. Connect with people that care about their health and well-being and want to go the journey with me in both off and on ohne adventures…

Last night I hooked up with one my soul sisters to recreate a night we started back in my cafe days in a space that has stolen my heart . To be able to bring women together to nurture the authenticity and nourish them with food I pour my love into is pretty special.
