I suppose it’s time to introduce myself! Im Jess a complementary therapist. I am a qualified sports and Swedish massage therapist and reflexologist. I offer a mobile service bringing rest and relaxation to the comfort of your own home, with a particular interest in working with injury recovery and health conditions. Working with each client to find out their needs and long term goals and devise a treatment plan that will support their training or recovery program. Or maybe you just want a relaxing night in, no travel, no stress, straight back on the couch. And if you don’t have the space in your own home, you can always come and see me at Evolution Gym in Bedlington!
