Often I get clients who only know the emotions they are experiencing, but can’t pinpoint a reason why, or begin to know how to work through it.
Sometimes this can defer people from coming to therapy. However it is your therapists job to work out the why and the how - you don’t need to worry about that. All you need to do is take the first step 💜

For those who have Mothers no longer with you on this earth, do not believe for one second that you are without her. That is not possible. She beats with your every heart beat. She breathes with you in every breath. She is coded into your every cell. She is the place you came from, your first home. Your first love, your first friend, maybe even your first enemy. But nothing on this earth can separate you. All of this simply cannot be undone. 💜
