My Kundalini yoga retreat has come to an end, its been an amazing experience. My heart is overflowing with gratitude and love.
The universe had others plans for me whilst I was here, just as I had finished clearing the last of my old emotions around grief, the day after I was asked to help others with their grief, they were unaware of what I had just completed myself.
For others to trust me enough with this raw healing blew me away, especially when they have only known me for a few days its so humbling, an absolute honour, and a blessing.

Root chakra, is it blocked?

Physical signs- lower back, hips, legs and feet pain, fatigue, digestive issues, IBS, Constipation, weakened immune system, weight gain in the lower body, bladder or colon problems.

Emotional and mental- Not feeling safe or stable, feeling stuck, restlessness, lack of trust in your self and others, low motivation,scarcity mindset due to thoughts around financial worries like your basic needs are not being met, which causes fear and panic.

Causes- Early life trauma, childhood neglect, job loss, relationship breakdown, major relocations, lower body injuries, constant fear.

Our creativity and passion- is your Sacral chakra blocked?

Physical signs- suffer with urinary infections- UTIs, lower back pain,fatigue,reproduction problems, low libido, abdominal pain.

Emotional and mental- shame, guilt, fear of intimacy and change, emotionally reactive, emotionally numb and detached,bored, stuck, lack motivation, passion and creativity.

Causes- Traumas sexual, emotional and physical, suppressed emotion, lack of emotional support, experiences of betrayal, neglecting you sensual needs.

Every retreat I go to a shift always takes place, I was drawn here for a reason to continue my journey and be free.
Our healing journey is ongoing, evolving into your true self. When you first start releasing trauma and unprocessed emotions, you feel anxious, you feel vulnerable, your uncertain what to expect but as you delve deeper you look forward to exploring more about yourself, you welcome triggers and blocked emotions because you want to free your self, it's easier and lighter for you to release them, than to carry the heavy load.
Yesterday during the breathwork session my heart was heavy, I couldn't breath deeply, as I was working slowly through my breath I started to feel frustrated angry and agitated, I observed these feelings and breathed through them.
I thought what possibly could be left in my heart chakra to shift, I have done so much work to heal my grief.
Then it came to me, it was the final letting go, to fully open my heart to recieving love.❤️🙏

At the start of my journey I had others hold space for me so that I could be vunerable and let go, I am truly grateful to each and every one of them, now I hold my own space and feel into my own power. You not alone we are all on the same journey, reach out if you need support.

So my advice is don't be afraid to let go, you dont need to revisit or talk about the past trauma, just free yourself of the emotion wherever it maybe held in your body.

The solar plexus- is yours blocked?

Physical- Feeling stressed, fatigue, tension in the upper abdomen like a knot in your tummy, digestive issues.

Emotional and mental- lacking in confidence, low self esteem, insecurity, fear, irritability, anger, control issues, need to be in control to feel safe so you compensate for powerlessness, indecisive, difficulty saying no to others unable to set boundaries,stress and anxiety.

Causes- past trauma, being critised or gas lighted, bullying, humiliation, negative self criticism, suppressed emotion like fear, shame.

Morning everyone, those of you that have been following me for a while will know that I like to share my journey and experiences when I m travelling or going through another shift. Not only to be authentic, but to help and encourage others.
When travelling alone the first day can be daunting, you need to adjust to your different surroundings, sometimes feelings can come up like loneliness and fear, take a moment to feel into those emotions, notice them, sit with them, where are you feeling them in your body, breath through them, they could be coming up for you to notice part of yourself that you need to release to enable you to move forward on your self development journey.
By doing this it will remove the stagnant energy and make space for new and exciting energy to come in.

Remember that you are never alone, your guides are always with you, to protect you, and they love you unconditionally.
