A Message from My Heart🌹
2026 feels like a tender new begining - a year I 've been quietly preparing for behind the scenes, working hard to create the space the offerings,and the vision my heart has been dreaming of 🌿✨️

It feels like I'm finally stepping into what I was born to do 🧡- supporting others on their healing journey, and using my natural gifts in coaching and mentoring to help people find their true selves.

I'm honoured to share the wisdom I've gathered from my own healing, and cant wait to open these heart-led offerings as the year unfolds.

My Kundalini yoga retreat has come to an end, its been an amazing experience. My heart is overflowing with gratitude and love.
The universe had others plans for me whilst I was here, just as I had finished clearing the last of my old emotions around grief, the day after I was asked to help others with their grief, they were unaware of what I had just completed myself.
For others to trust me enough with this raw healing blew me away, especially when they have only known me for a few days its so humbling, an absolute honour, and a blessing.
