We’ll be stepping into October with movement for grounding, building heat and opening the heart. Little snippet of tomorrow’s class with 2 different variations of the same movement.

Today we played around with Warrior III - Channelling inner strength, courage and power.
Start with Warrior III - I’ve posted some variations of your are new to warrior III you can use a hand on the wall to support your or keep the back toes on the floor and gradually lift until you feel the challenge - keeping a straight line from shoulder, hip to ankle with the body. Option to bend into the standing leg for extra heat and strength ! 🔥

Option to add the extra standing balance between transitions or just stick with warrior III

Aim for 3 - 5 repetitions - add one each time you try and notice your strength and balance improve 🔥
