Personal Best Personal Training, fitness and Yoga classes to look after your wellbeing. Since then, I have been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin classes.

I am Yoga teacher, Personal Trainer and fitness class instructor with more than a decade of experience, working with various body types, injuries, age groups and conditions. I run, cycle, weight lift, paddle board, wild swim and hill walk regularly and exercise is my passion. I have practiced yoga for over 25 years and qualified as a Yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India “the home of Yoga”, 5 years ago. I am passionate about the mental and physical benefits to be gained through a regular exercise and yoga practice. With years of experience working as a Personal Trainer and class instructor, I offer a considered and informed class environment. Modifications and alternative exercises and yoga poses are provided for all abilities; using my deep understanding of the human anatomy and experience gained through years of teaching.

🕯 Yin Yoga & Sound Therapy
Friday 21st November | 7.30–9.00pm | The Highland Yoga Collective
Join me and Kim Brown Soul Provider for 90 minutes of deep relaxation combining Yin Yoga and Sound Therapy. As we rest in our poses, Kim plays beautiful therapy bowls, followed by a long, soothing Shavasana with the gong.

🌕 Full Moon Yoga – The Cold Moon
Thursday 4th December | 3.00–3.30pm | Nairn Central Beach | £7
Join me and Kirsten (KG Scotland) on Nairn Central Beach. We’ll gather on the beach to honour the Full Cold Moon with a grounding standing sequence (no mat needed). Optional sea dip with Kirsten afterwards — a refreshing way to celebrate the season and raise funds for Blood Bikes Scotland.

🌊 Winter Solstice Charity Beach Yoga

We’ll celebrate the Solstice with a beach yoga, fire and drinks, supporting Blue Space Highland. All donations are welcome. If you’d like to join (booking and donation on link above), please also let me know — I’ll add you to a WhatsApp group to share updates and weather info closer to the day.

In collaboration with Personal Best we’re delighted to bring you a special evening of gentle flow beach yoga with wonderful Nairn Yogi, Laura Ross, followed by some magical KG cold water love and an energising moon dip beneath the Beaver Moon sky 💙💫
