Personal Best Personal Training, fitness and Yoga classes to look after your wellbeing. Since then, I have been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin classes.

I am Yoga teacher, Personal Trainer and fitness class instructor with more than a decade of experience, working with various body types, injuries, age groups and conditions. I run, cycle, weight lift, paddle board, wild swim and hill walk regularly and exercise is my passion. I have practiced yoga for over 25 years and qualified as a Yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India “the home of Yoga”, 5 years ago. I am passionate about the mental and physical benefits to be gained through a regular exercise and yoga practice. With years of experience working as a Personal Trainer and class instructor, I offer a considered and informed class environment. Modifications and alternative exercises and yoga poses are provided for all abilities; using my deep understanding of the human anatomy and experience gained through years of teaching.

Yin Yoga on Zoom – Wednesday 8–9pm
This time of year invites us to slow down, soften, and take care of ourselves. Join me this Wednesday evening for a nourishing Yin Yoga practice on Zoom, with a gentle focus on heart-opening poses — creating space through the chest and shoulders while encouraging ease, openness, and calm.
As we move towards Valentine’s Day, our practice will reflect on the yoga sutra of Ahimsa (non-harming) — a reminder to practise self-care, show ourselves kindness, let go of self-criticism, and learn to love who you are, just as you are. Yin Yoga offers time to slow down, release tension, and support both body and mind through stillness and breath.
A quiet hour to slow down, open the heart, and reconnect.

✨ Setting a Meaningful Intention for the Year ✨
Rather than resolutions, try setting an intention — something that guides how you want to feel, move, and show up this year.
Tips to set a good intention:
• Pause and reflect: What do you want more of this year? Calm, strength, balance, joy?
• Keep it simple and positive – one clear word or short phrase is enough.
• Make it about how you live, not what you achieve (eg. “Move with care” rather than “do more”).
How to commit to it:
• Revisit your intention regularly – write it down, place it somewhere visible.
• Anchor it to a habit: your yoga practice, a daily walk, a few mindful breaths.
• Be kind to yourself – commitment grows through consistency, not perfection.
Let your intention be a gentle compass, not a pressure. 🌿
