Yin Yoga on Zoom – Wednesday 8–9pm
This time of year invites us to slow down, soften, and take care of ourselves. Join me this Wednesday evening for a nourishing Yin Yoga practice on Zoom, with a gentle focus on heart-opening poses — creating space through the chest and shoulders while encouraging ease, openness, and calm.
As we move towards Valentine’s Day, our practice will reflect on the yoga sutra of Ahimsa (non-harming) — a reminder to practise self-care, show ourselves kindness, let go of self-criticism, and learn to love who you are, just as you are. Yin Yoga offers time to slow down, release tension, and support both body and mind through stillness and breath.
A quiet hour to slow down, open the heart, and reconnect.
