Today is Parent Mental Health Day - an annual campaign founded by UK mental health charity , to raise awareness of the vital link between parents’ and carers’ mental health and the wellbeing of the whole family.

Parenting can be joyful and overwhelming in equal measure and looking after yourself is just as important as caring for your little one. That’s why at Basking Babies, we create spaces where parents can connect and feel supported, not just as caregivers, but as people too.

We want you to leave our classes feeling lighter, having met and chatted to a friendly face, taking time for you as well as your little one. 💕

A calm, welcoming space where you can slow down and really connect with your baby 🩷

Gentle massage techniques (with a lovely handbook so that you can continue trying the moves at home) , soothing music, time to chat, and absolutely no pressure, babies cry, feed, sleep and wriggle… all are welcome here.

It’s about bonding, confidence and community, with a cuppa and friendly faces along the way ☕💬

I’m so excited to be launching a brand new 5 week combined Baby Massage & Baby Yoga class 💫

📍 Stapeley Community Hall, Nantwich
🗓 Starting Thursday 29th January
⏰ 10.00am
⏱ 1.5 hour session

Suitable from 3 months, these sessions are a beautiful blend of gentle massage, playful yoga movements, songs and connection and brilliant for baby development.

All our classes are 1.5 hours so there is plenty of time for chats and coffee, sharing experiences and we are totally baby led so no need to worry if little ones need a feed, change or just a lovely cuddle.

A relaxed, supportive space to bond with your baby and connect with other parents.

✨ Exciting News! A Brand New Venue in Sandbach ✨

I’m so excited to share that Basking Babies is coming to Little Pea Play Café, Sandbach 💕

We’ll be offering baby massage and reflexology classes in this gorgeous, welcoming space

Classes start on Tuesday 13th January 2026 at 11am, and are suitable from birth to active crawling.

Plus on Saturday 24th January at 11am we will be starting a special weekend Mummy & Daddy baby massage class, making it easier for both parents to come along and enjoy those precious bonding moments together
