"I will be holding a safe, gentle & warm healing space to allow your whole being to release tension, stress, and strain from your daily life.
I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation using my voice and sacred sounds, where your whole system can reset.  Mind, body, and soul.

There will be no where for you to go and nothing for you to do, just relax.

In this deep state of relaxation, we can ignite the magnificence of your own rejuvenation system and create the space so that your body can heal itself 🙏

Going into these deep states of conscious rest, it is as beneficial as having 4 hours of sleep.

Life can be so busy on times that we forget to give healing rest to ourselves. Please remember that the more you give to you, the more you can give to everyone around you 💜
