Sound Bath Experience:
In addition to the restorative practices, we will immerse ourselves in the soothing and transformative experience of a sound bath. The gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will wash over you, creating a healing soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, release, and inner clarity. As you lie comfortably and absorb the vibrations, the sound will help you clear mental clutter, reduce stress, and open your heart to new possibilities. It’s a powerful experience to align your body and mind, harmonizing your energy and nurturing your well-being.

• Guided Yoga & Movement: Gentle, restorative poses designed to stretch and release tension, fostering a sense of relaxation and mindfulness.

• Sound Bath: A deeply calming sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to promote relaxation and reset your energy.

• Nourishing Lunch & Tea: Wholesome, seasonal meals that support your body’s natural rhythms, offering warmth and nourishment.

Seasonal Yoga can nourish these organs through poses that open the chest, deepen breathing, and stimulate digestion.

Postures like Cobra, Cat-Cow, and Forward Fold help expand lung capacity and promote gentle movement in the abdomen, supporting release.

Integrating breathing techniques, like deep belly breathing, further strengthens the respiratory system and calms the mind, aligning with the metal element’s focus on clarity and release.

Practicing these regularly can enhance balance, resilience, and the body’s natural cleansing processes.
