Combining gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and guided meditation to create a nurturing end-of-day routine.

Wednesday 29th Oct, 5-6pm in Lymington the New Forest.

Children will begin with gentle yoga poses & mindful stretches to release energy & help them feel grounded. Simple breathing exercises & mindfulness practice guiding children in focusing on the present moment, encouraging calm & emotional awareness. The session concludes with a magical guided visualisation, enhanced by soft coloured star-light projections, helping children relax deeply ease into bedtime.

Little ones are welcome to attend in pyjamas or onesies & are encouraged to bring a blanket or favourite soft toy for extra comfort. During circle-time, children will explore kindness, self-care tools, and ways to nurture their wellbeing.

βWhile children enjoy their bedtime ritual, parents and guardians can relax and make use of the beautiful Salt Bar, Orangery or Samphire. During the session, adults receive 10% off food and drink, creating your own opportunity to unwind and enjoy a warm drink or a light snack.
