Hi All

The Clinic will be closed from Tuesday 28 April till 13th May for annual leave, so please be aware my appointments are getting very booked up before and after. I will do my best to fit everyone in that requires appointments but I don't have much flexibility on free sessions till mid May.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please remember the Clinic Policy that 2 working days notice is required otherwise fees may apply.

Sorry for the inconvenience but this is my first 2 week holiday for well over 10 years.

What a great couple of days spent at Crufts watching some of my Sponsored dogs shine in what they do best. They all looked fabulous and it's a privilege to be part of their teams.

Firstly Neo, a 9 year old GSD in the Large ABC with Ian Armstrong. Neo looked fabulous, a really great representative of the breed, effortlessly covering the ground, nice tight turns but just took a jump not required.

Oodles a Border Collie who is such a super dog being able to adjust to 2 different handlers. She had a great show, 3rd in the singles jumping with Iain Patz, 1st in the YKC semi final, which allowed Annie Patz and Oodles to have their first experience on the green carpet and they did amazing job and will be back their again I am sure.

Nike, a border collie, produced and run by Rebecca Chuter Smith in the YKC dog of the year. Winning their semi final & coming 2nd in the final, fabulous result.

One of my favourite shows opens tomorrow, I always feel like Christmas is around the corner when the LIHS starts. 😀
4 of our sponsored dogs and handlers are competing & I am proud to be a small part of their team, helping keep the dogs comfortable at the top of the game.

Ian and the amazing Neo in the ABC, the kindest GSD there is & such an easy dog to treat.

Jo, from Dynamite Dogs Agility Club who has done so well to qualify Ty for 2 classes, Medium Novice & Medium ABC, no mean achievement, so proud of you both & thank you for the ticket, I will be cheering on loudly sun eve

Thanks to Sharon Youngman of Welbac Clinic for checking the dog’s yesterday. We both enjoyed holding Mocha’s paw while he had a good check over!

Ti felt fantastic this morning & nailed his dog walk 🥳💪 Hopefully I’ll do a better job running him next month 😂🙈

My name is Lucy, and I independently run The Canine Wellness Centre in Shalford, Guildford!

I started my journey 7 years ago, qualifying with a level 3 in canine hydrotherapy, with advanced treadmill module, following my passion for the care of small animals.

In 2020 l then qualified with my masters in veterinary physiotherapy from Writtle Univerisry (RAMP registered).
I have since been privileged to work in a variety of veterinary settings, treating and enabling hundreds of animals to get back to better health, under my business Lucy Victoria Veterinary Physiotherapy

I have a particular passion for the rehabilitation of orthopaedic cases, and fitness maintenance of agility dogs 🐾

I can’t wait to meet all of your wonderful dogs and help more of them back to better health and happiness!

I am pleased to announce that Rebecca Chuter Smith will be joining our sponsored team for 2025.

Rebecca has competed for team GB for 2 years and last year won an overall Team Silver with Nike and they are currently in the process of trying out for this years team. Nike will be Crufts this year in the YKC, so keep an eye out for them

No access from the Rising Sun end

As many of you will be aware on 6th Jan 2015 Bashley Common Road will be closed, but Welbac Clinic will remain Open.

Access to properties will be abailable throughout the closure but only from the New Milton end.

Please leave extra time for your journey for appointments to allow for diversions.

Well thats the last Clinic session finished for 2024. We will be closed till the new year but please feel free to contact me if an emergency appointment is required and if I can fit an appointment in I will.
