How are you feeling today? We say goodbye to the year of the snake and welcome the fire horse. Made me think of what I plan to put into action this coming year. Ramadan makes me think of discipline and self control. Lent teaches us to give up bad habits. The rain makes me feel low but brighter days ahead. Anyone else all over the place? 😂

Feeling blue? Got freshers flu? Making a potion to boost by bodies defence.
Lemon, ginger, lime, orange juice, turmeric and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Blitz it up. Add honey and put into ice cube trays. Add hot water to the ice cubes and you have a natural cup of morning goodness to fight those germs💪 🦠
