There is a patient participation group meeting this Monday 26th January at 2.00pm in the Assembly Rooms, Church Road, Romney.

This important group is made up of staff and patients of the surgery. It is a group that acts as a bridge between the surgery and its patients.

If you’d like to know more about the group then why not come along or if you can’t make it email the Chairperson, revsheila25@outlook.com or leave a message at Reception.

Due to the retirement of some members and in order to remain functioning and constructive, the group is in need of new members.

Please consider supporting your surgery by joining the PPG.

Today, July 17th 2.00pm meeting of the Surgery’s Patient Participation Group at The Warren Public House. Patients of the surgery welcome to come along and see what the Group’s about. However, the Group is not about bringing our individual gripes and moans along. It is about positively and constructively helping the Surgery. Due to illness the PPG MEETING scheduled for 23rd June at the Assembly Rooms, New Romney has had to be postponed. A new date will be posted in the near future.

Meanwhile if you’d like to support the surgery by becoming a member of the Patient Participation Group please email revsheila25@sky.com or post a note to the Practice Manager at the surgery giving your contact details and giving the Manager permission to pass the contact details onto the Chairperson of the Group.

The Oak Hall Surgery PPG are looking for lively people who care about the surgery to come and join the PPG!
Sadly due to illness and family commitments we have lost a few members ( very careless of us)

We are now a committee of 5 and would love to be 8-10 people on the committee.

We are a very friendly group all new members are made very welcome it does not involve any real work, (unless you are enthusiastic and slightly mad)

It’s supporting the surgery and it’s staff.

The meetings are at the moment one afternoon every 2 months for 2 hours approximately, tea, coffee and cake are provided.

A simple explanation of our new entry doors.

Before you buzz, pop your face covering on then buzz to enter, we can see you and speak to you if needed, the doors will open out, they are not fully operational yet as we are still waiting for the, swing arms, but soon will be!

Please see the information below from the surgery:

There is a shortage of antibiotics and some other medication.

If the Chemist does not have the item prescribed in stock please ask them to tell you or ask them to call the surgery with what they have in stock so we can change the prescription.
