After a deeply nourishing journey through Thailand this winter, devoted to self-discovery, spiritual connection, and inner healing, I’ve felt called to create a sacred 7-week holistic workshop programme for women’s wellbeing here in North East Lincolnshire this summer.

These sessions will offer a supportive space for women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, gently exploring practices to harmonise the energy centres of the chakra system and restore balance across mind, body, and spirit.
