Did you know that September is a notoriously busy month for midwives?
More babies are born in September than any other month and is a trend we see year after year (We always blame Christmas!)

I’m currently on route to Wales for a much needed holiday and to prepare for the busy month ahead! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😂

Today has been all about the pain relieving blends ready to be packed into hospital bags ❤️
Aromatherapy and massage / physical touch can be so beneficial in labour and research supports increased patient (and staff!) satisfaction when aromatherapy is used ✨🌿🪻
