What a lovely review for my first Weight Release workshop, Reset your relationship with food, to say I was nervous would be an understatement but it flew by and I enjoyed it. Just happy to help!

Just had a great session over Zoom with LEHT Therapies. Donna was knowledgeable, calm, and put everyone at ease.
The EFT section was enlightening - it's something I knew about but had put to the back of my mind - I'll definitely use it again now.
For the hypnotherapy session we were guided through a deeply relaxation session - can't quite recall it all - but that's kind of the purpose, as it is my sub-conscious that was listening in.
You can tell Donna really cares, in addition to the knowledge they possess, they truly connected through the screen; and I can imagine in a face-to-face setting this would be even more apparent.
