Hi, my name is Lauren and I’m about to graduate as a Sport and Exercise Therapist from Solent University! I’m looking to get my name out by providing massage treatments and I can also perform injury assessments 😁
I’ve attended London marathon twice with my university as well as Southampton marathon twice, so have plenty of experience with runners. I have completed a football placement providing treatment, as well as covering first aid for university netball and basketball training.
I’ve also spent this past academic year treating patients within a student lead injury clinic, so am open to any individual who may want some treatment or advice 😁
