For me it was productivity. Productivity felt safer than slowing down, so I kept choosing it and taking on more, knowing exactly what I was doing and doing it anyway. I'd even ask myself, why do I keep repeating the pattern? Knowing didn't change it.

It was so special holding this space for the first time last month, and everyone left rested and relaxed! Glowing and ready to rise. ✨

This month's session falls just before Beltane, offering a space to rise and flourish without apology.

We let Mama Cacao do what she does best and soften your heart, then the drum continues what cacao started. The repetitive beat moves through you, slowing you down, bringing you into a deeper rest than you may have known in a long time. You’ll return clearer and more alive.

And well... you might just leave a little loved up with yourself 😉 It happens when the love molecule is involved!
