Offering public and private Hatha Flow yoga classes in Kintbury and Newbury and surrounding areas of West Berkshire since 2012. Also teaching free Natural Breath Awareness meditation workshops since 2013. Certified as a yoga teacher with Yogacampus in 2014, and as a meditation teacher with Traditional Yoga in 2013. My mixed ability yoga classes are inspired by an eclectic range of influences. They are fun and friendly with an emphasis on breath awareness, safe body alignment and creative movement through easy-to-follow postures. Benefits include greater strength, flexibility, balance and stamina with improved mental clarity, calmness and stress relief.
