Aren’t we so bloody amazing!

“Kissing your baby changes your breast milk. Did you know that the undeniable urge to cover your baby in kisses serves a biological purpose? When a mother kisses her baby, she samples the pathogens on baby’s face, which then travel to mom’s lymphatic system. Mom’s body then creates antibodies to fight those pathogens, which baby receives through breast milk. What?! Amazing, right?”

This is beautiful- everything that birth should be. But it’s not the only type of birth you can have, it doesn’t make it more right than a c-section or a hospital birth, it’s just one image if beautiful.

This is a great image showing what happens to a baby’s head when being born. Our body’s and their heads are perfectly made to pass through the north canal. I don’t believe in the term baby is too big.

I love this post. We all A’s new parents crave sleep and I love the snooze pods but not for sleeping in at night. Great for day time naps on the floor never a raised surface, and I’m all for co sleeping but just in your bed, don’t put extra items in with you. This lady explains the danger in a great understandable way.
