The last Thursday of the month truly is my favourite day of the month. I get to visit the wonderful local charity , it is a cracking mental health charity that welcomes everyone across West Berkshire and beyond. A community spirit like no other, where friendship and support has a never ending supply.

Making Access Bars ‘ACCESSible’ - I’ve launched ABC Wellness Academy so you can train to become an Access Bars Practitioner. I’ve trained to train. 😊

Whether you want to add it as a string to your bow, start it as a business or simply ‘do’ your friends and family its such a wonderful therapy.

I love what I do, I just wish there were more therapists locally and nationally.

I believe that everyone should be able to get their ‘bars’ run and it should be ‘ACCESSible’ in price and locality.

The Access Bars class is a single-day, 8-hour class. Your Access Bars Facilitator (BF) will provide you with a comprehensive manual and in-depth head charts to assist you in learning Access Bars and becoming an Access Bars Practitioner (BP).
