Over the summer, I had the pleasure of meeting Tilly from ABC Wellness Newbury at a local networking event. I was instantly drawn to her calming presence and intrigued by what she does, so I booked in for an Access Bars® session.

After a busy few months, I was definitely ready for some rest, reflection and a little inner reset. Access Bars® is a deeply relaxing therapy - imagine something like reflexology, but for your head. Tilly gently touched 32 specific points that are believed to hold onto thoughts, emotions and limiting beliefs.

Her peaceful space and warm welcome put me instantly at ease. The session itself was incredibly calming, and by the time I left, I felt lighter, more grounded, and even noticed I could breathe more deeply.

Tilly also took the time to explain what she’d noticed during the session, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the whole experience.

If you're looking to try something a bit different for your wellbeing, I would highly recommend checking her out. Tilly also runs a training academy for anyone curious about becoming a practitioner themselves.
