Great work here from our client, Sam.

Someone who had the work ethic but didn’t have the right structure and support.

He had coaches before and put hours into the gym but saw barely any return on his investment.

As a result, his confidence had dropped and he almost gave up altogether.

So, when we started working together, we had to be clear on his goals and come up with a plan that would fit around his lifestyle.

🎯 The goal was to drop significant body fat, add muscle, feel stronger and boost his confidence as a result.

The plan? 2-3 resistance training sessions, a simple nutrition plan that involved calorie tracking, and a realistic step count for the week.

All this while improving his lifestyle parameters and overall mindset.

There were plenty of ups and downs along the way, but Sam always bounced back, put in the work and focused on the long game.

He knew what he needed to do, and it was just a case of executing the plan that had been set.

βœ… The result was significant weight and body fat shed, along with new found confidence from an improved body shape.

Sam also gained the knowledge and tools for how to maintain his shape whilst enjoying social time, which was important to him.

It was a pleasure to work with him throughout the process.

Our Results. 🌟

Leaner, stronger and full of energy! πŸ”₯

Client Gavin came to us pretty dissatisfied with how things were going.

He had too much body fat for his liking, was under muscled, low on energy and had a number of joint issues.

He was a very keen runner, but had no idea where to start when it came to resistance training and building muscle.

We kept things simple and focused on nailing the world class basics: training, nutrition and sleep.

Over the next few posts, we will be displaying some of the results we help people achieve.

Here is some of the awesome progress client Geraldine has achieved whilst working together.

Toning, big drop in fat loss, cardiovascularly fitter, and a big difference in how she feels about herself. πŸ”₯

After struggling from years of endless cardio and fad diets, Geraldine initially came to me wanting to lose weight.

However, as time as went on, she became fascinated with how resistance training was changing her life.

She then realised that there was potential for a lot more.

Geraldine wanted a shape to her body, to feel stronger and reduce the tightness and pain she was feeling around her knees and hips.

As a busy business woman, mother, who travels a lot and has an active social life, this required planning and structure. πŸ”‘
