Great work here from our client, Sam.
Someone who had the work ethic but didnβt have the right structure and support.
He had coaches before and put hours into the gym but saw barely any return on his investment.
As a result, his confidence had dropped and he almost gave up altogether.
So, when we started working together, we had to be clear on his goals and come up with a plan that would fit around his lifestyle.
π― The goal was to drop significant body fat, add muscle, feel stronger and boost his confidence as a result.
The plan? 2-3 resistance training sessions, a simple nutrition plan that involved calorie tracking, and a realistic step count for the week.
All this while improving his lifestyle parameters and overall mindset.
There were plenty of ups and downs along the way, but Sam always bounced back, put in the work and focused on the long game.
He knew what he needed to do, and it was just a case of executing the plan that had been set.

The result was significant weight and body fat shed, along with new found confidence from an improved body shape.
Sam also gained the knowledge and tools for how to maintain his shape whilst enjoying social time, which was important to him.
It was a pleasure to work with him throughout the process.
