✨Gong & Gather - An evening to soften, connect, and simply be✨

Friday 14th November | 7-9pm | Divinity Studio, Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Join us for a special night of community and calm as we begin with a Cacao Ceremony, inviting you to open your heart and sink into presence 🌸

We’ll then move into a deeply restorative Gong Bath, where healing vibrations wash through the body and quiet the mind, leaving you in a state of pure serenity 🕯️ Led by Des from the Returning Sound.

Afterwards, stay and share in gentle conversation, nourishing snacks, and warm tea - a moment to connect, reflect, and enjoy the stillness together 🍵💫

We’ve made a few little changes to our Reformer schedule, including a brand new Reformer Roots class on Mondays at 9:30am, perfect for after the school drop-off! 🫶
We’re trialling this new slot for now and if it’s popular, we’ll look at adding more 9:30am sessions...

Join us for our first event at our new studio! A truly special evening of poetry, writing, meditation, lantern-lighting, film, and shared food as we celebrate the spirit of Diwali, the Festival of Lights.

✨Together, we’ll slow down, reflect, and celebrate light over darkness, hope over despair, and connection over separation.
Expect warmth, creativity, community and a touch of magic 🌙

Whether you celebrate Diwali or are simply curious to experience its beauty and meaning, you are so welcome. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, your stories, and your open heart 💛
