We are pleased to be involved with Arts Council England's Creative Ageing Peer Learning Programme. ๐ญ๐ถ
As people age, they are often impacted by barriers to access opportunities to live rich creative lives. This programme aims to explore themes, learning, challenges and best practice for working in the creative ageing field, such as embedding in care environments.
Our very own Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme tenant, Carol, and the village's experience and heritage coordinator, Emma Palin, joined the inaugural session to share their experiences of Belong's approach to integrating arts and creativity into village life, including our partnership with Bluecoat.
