It’s not as ‘woo woo’ as some may think! Yes it is a spiritual practice from my perspective, but there is a science behind it, you don’t necessarily have to believe in any particular faith for energy healing to be effective, it is a very natural form of healing which to me translates as spiritual, I also work with crystals and Aromatherapy to ensure that my clients experience deep relaxation during a treatment, and this folks is when the magic happens, our parasympathetic nervous system starts to respond differently and our energy fields start to level out and feel more balanced. Reiki gives us the space to heal.
