We’re excited to announce that we are now taking additional applications for stall holders for our upcoming Holistic Wellbeing Event at the Linskill Centre, North Shields (NE30 2AY) on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th December 2025.

We’re looking for amazing individuals and businesses to join us, including:

The joys of self employment! 😭

I have actually taken to my bed with this flu thing! I have completely lost my voice, feel like I’m going to cough a lung up and not a part of my body is not aching! Time to practice what I preach and practice some extreme self care.

Do you struggle with this? Often we give a knee jerk reaction and say ‘yes’ when actually we may need to take a moment and check in with ourselves, particularly when we are busy or overwhelmed, or we feel obliged to say yes to invites etc for fear of disappointing someone, but looking after your own energy is not selfish, sometimes a simple ‘not this time’ is suffice, no explanation should be needed really, and I promise you it is so liberating!

When I discovered Reiki many years ago, I had no intention of becoming a practitioner, it just grabbed my interest and I felt drawn towards finding out more about it, I could never have imagined that it would be so life changing for me, However, being a Reiki practitioner is not the main reason most people come for training, it is usually because we need healing ourselves, First degree reiki is the initial step in creating a more balanced and healthy life.
