Hi all - Sorry I've not been able to keep you updated in recent times. I would like to reassure you that our classes still go ahead weekly.

We are now in the Little Lotus Nursery, downstairs in the DiverCity Hub....

And a lil reminder that our classes are always free of charge 💛

Hi everyone - I'm very sorry we've not posted here for some time.

I would like to reassure you all that our classes are still going ahead as usual, and we will be upstairs in the DiverCity Hub, which is on the same side of the street as Earthlings.

Our classes will always be free of charge.

Newcomers should come along for 6:10pm

Thursday has arrived at super-speed, and again we will meet at the DiverCity Hub, on Buckingham Street, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Classes are always free of charge and are open to all people, no matter age, culture, religeous beliefs - Literally, you are all welcome to come and learn.

If you are a newcomer, please arrive 6:10pm so we can teach you the movements. The official start time is 6:30pm.

Comfy/loose clothes are recommended, along with an open heart 💛✨

We are a friendly group, and are building a community of good folks, who wish to become better from the inside out.

Please join us tonight and learn about what this wonderful practise has to offer.

Remember that classes are always free of charge, and are open to everyone!
