These classes are perfect for beginners who have never lifted weights to learn how to correctly & also perfect for people who are already into fitness and want to gradually increase the weights they lift 💪

Each week we will have 15 exercise stations. You will be able to track your reps & weight lifted, the goal each week is to slowly increase the reps or weight so you become stronger and more toned 😄

Choose your time slot - For £10 total you will get 1 session per week for 4 weeks (Just £2.50 per class)

Brand New Westerhope Walking Club 🤩

So why have I decided to start this ? Well I’ve ran exercise classes in Westerhope for over 5 years, a nutrition centre for over 2 years, this has allowed me to build a large community of people, many have asked me to start a walking club so I thought let’s do it ‼️

I have chose to do it Monday & Wednesday at 1pm, hoping that people who maybe don’t leave the house much during the day will be motivated to come out and join us (Baby’s & Dogs are welcome)

For the next week I’ll be out planing interesting but also suitable routes 😃

I’ve already planed many routes ! Today didn’t get go to plan, walking along a cycle track until it ended and the only way back was along a motorway so had to call my partner for help 🤣 Will this happen to me again ? Potentially, but rest assured it would never happen to the group
as every walk we do will be pre planned to ensure it’s suitable, safe, and fun 🤩

If you want to join the walking club it is just £8 per month and comes with a lot of support.
