It was a pleasure to welcome senior leaders and valued customers to our Future Ready: 3t’s Immersive Training Experience at our 3t Training Centre in Dammam on the 13th November.

This special event showcased some of our cutting-edge learning technologies, safety-critical training expertise, and our ongoing commitment to workforce development in the Kingdom. Guests were greeted with a warm welcome and presentation from Hani Sagr, Managing Director, followed by a guided tour of four immersive training experiences. It was fantastic to conclude the event with guests enjoying networking in our centre with some light refreshments.

From Hani Sagr, Askar Alyami, and the whole team, we thank everyone who joined us and helped make the day a great success. We’re proud to continue shaping a safer, highly-skilled, and future-ready workforce across the region, and beyond.

A Huge Well Done to Everyone Who Took Part!

What an incredible day it was at the 3t & Cash for kids North East Iron Man Challenge at our Dyce centre on Saturday! From water, fire, and skills challenges to an amazing display of teamwork and community spirit. Every participant brought their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to a fantastic cause.

Thanks to all the teams who took part, we’ve raised an amazing £3,874.00 so far for Cash for Kids, helping support local families and ensuring children across the North East of Scotland stay warm this winter.

Last week, our team had a fantastic day at the BFRS National Careers Fair in Colchester!

At 3t Training Services, we’re proud to support the Armed Forces Community as they transition into new and rewarding careers. It was great to meet so many talented individuals on their resettlement journey and discuss the many pathways available through our industry-recognised training programmes.

We offer a wide range of ELCAS-funded courses, including:

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of taking part in the DF Communications Golf 2025 Grand Final at the new Trump International, Scotland.

It was a fantastic day filled with great golf and company - all in support of Aberdeen Cyrenians.

We’re thrilled to share that Team 3t took first place! A huge congratulations to Dominic Zanre and Ben Zanre for a fantastic performance – and for managing to beat the Pro himself, Ryder Cup legend Paul Way!

Paul rounded off the evening with a brilliant after-dinner talk and Q&A, sharing fascinating insights from his Ryder Cup experiences and stories of playing alongside Seve Ballesteros.

A big thank you to DF Communications for hosting such a memorable event!

3t Training Services UK had a fantastic day yesterday at the Energy & Utility Skills Conference & Awards 2025 in Birmingham!

It was inspiring to see so many people passionate about the innovations driving the energy and utilities sectors - and to showcase how our training solutions are helping shape the future of these industries.

Our VR training experience at the stand was a real highlight, giving visitors an immersive glimpse into what 3t training looks like in action and how our cutting-edge technologies deliver the highest-impact, safety-critical learning.

We also thoroughly enjoyed the evening dinner and awards ceremony, where we were proud to be nominated in two categories: Skills Collaboration Initiative of the Year and Training Provision of the Year.

Although we didn’t take home the awards, it was an honour to be recognised alongside so many outstanding industry leaders. Congratulations to all the nominees and winners!

On Friday, we were delighted to welcome 90 pupils from four local schools to our Teesside Centre for the Future Teesside: Inspiring, Powering Project event.

The students had the chance to operate a mini crane, navigate a pallet truck through an obstacle course, practice safe switching operations on HV switchboards, learn about Mechanical Joint Integrity, and meet local employers to discover more about their businesses. The event was a fantastic opportunity to give young people hands-on experience in a real working environment, helping to inspire and prepare the future workforce.

It was a great day, thoroughly enjoyed by both pupils and teachers.

A huge thank you to Tees Maritime, SUEZ, Augean, MGL Group, Realise Training Group, and Middlesbrough College for their invaluable support in making the event such a success!

3t and Cash for Kids are joining forces to launch an Iron Man Challenge like no other - taking place on Saturday 11th October at our Aberdeen training facility.

We’re looking for 30 brave participants to take on three adrenaline-fuelled challenges:
• Water: Escape underwater helicopter, tackle life raft rescues, and test your grip strength.
• Fire: Navigate a foam-filled fire unit with breathing apparatus to recover hidden items.
• Skills: Race through confined spaces in a high-speed relay challenge.

This one-of-a-kind event isn’t just about testing your limits - it’s about making a real difference. All funds raised will go towards the Cash for Kids Winter Warmer Appeal, which provides vital warm clothing to over 3,000 children across the north-east every year. For many, this support is life-changing, ensuring they can stay safe, warm, and cared for throughout the harsh winter months.
