I am absolutely thrilled to share that the incredible Tamu Thomas will be joining us live on the MANI-FEST stage in June 2026.

Tamu is a nervous system practitioner, trauma-informed somatic coach, wellness expert and founder of ‘Live Three Sixty’. Her work is all about helping high-achieving, overwhelmed humans slow down, regulate their nervous system and reconnect with the joy of being alive, rather than constantly doing.
