Really feeling this after a rough few weeks!

We have to go into things to clear them… not around or above but straight in! And it’s messy and hard and feels so heavy!

But then it shifts with your presence and clears and the light comes back 🤍

I never do these (but also I do love choosing one!) so here they are

Spending the day teaching level 1 reiki to the lovely Lisa who is has this gorgeous studio for her yoga classes. I got the chance to play with her magical singing bowls which are now on my to get list! 🤩🥰

✨🌼💫 Raise your homes vibration 💫🌸✨

Over the last year I’ve been drawn to welcoming more flower power into my home and specifically in the form of these magical little carnations.

I buy 1 bunch and divide them into 5 smalls pots, chopping the long stems right down so they look super cute. I vary the carnation colour choice depending what I’m drawn to at the time and they last 3-4 weeks 🤩😍🌸

Carnations symbolize Divine love, devotion, spiritual protection and pink represents gratitude and a Mothers love.

They are always on my altar and by my bed and their beauty brings me so much joy 💖
