Most of us have heard of Bach flower Rescue Remedy, there are 38 different remedies. They are used to alleviate worry, apprehension, hopelessness, irritability etc. Listed below are some of the most common that come up time and again when I am dealing with clients.

Larch – Is for lack of self confidence.

Impatiens – Is for people who are easily irritated.

Elm – Is for those who feel overwhelmed by their workload.

Gorse – Is for extreme hopelessness and despair.

Star of Bethlehem – Is for the after-effects of shock.

If, like the rest of us, you have had too much chocolate or alcohol over the Easter holiday, you may want to consider doing a Liver Flush.

Liver Flushing Recipe:
Using all organic ingredients and filtered water. Use 1 kilo of carrots, 1 lemon & 1 beetroot. Juice half of the carrots with the lemon (skin removed) then the rest of the carrots. Take the pulp, add water and then put through the juicer again to get all nutrients from the pulp. Put into 1.5 ltr bottle and top up with water keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Drink the juice at least 15 minutes before a meal and at least 40 minutes after a meal. It may turn the urine a little darker but that will pass.

Importance of drinking water.
Enough water intake prevents constipation, indigestion and other problems of the gastrointestinal tract. Lack of fluids in the body makes stools tight and it tends to pull water from the colon resulting in constipation. Proper hydration improves digestion and allows maximum nutrient absorption in the blood.

The importance of drinking water.

It is important to drink clean water every day, that has not had anything added to it. Very few people drink enough water. Drinks like tea coffee actually are diuretic in effect, and cause the body to lose water.

We need to drink between 1.5 - 2Litres of water a day away from food. Water is best drunk between meals. At lease 15 minutes before eating, and at least 1 hour after. Drinking water while eating dilutes the digestive juices and may prevent proper digestion from taking place.

Easy and best way to increase your dopamine levels is exposing yourself to sunshine. It is important to get the sunlight in your eyes to trigger the release of dopamine. So don't wear contacts , glasses or sunglasses when you go outside. You'll get a bigger dopamine boost.

How to improve your gut microbiome:

Try to eat 30 different types of fruit, veg, nuts and seeds a week. As advised by Professor Tim Spector

I know when I first read this I thought there is no way I can do that but then I counted up all the various types of fruit, veg, nuts and seeds. I was amazed that I had managed 27 and I still had 3 days left in that week. If you have say peppers but 3 different colours that counts as 3 as each colour will contain different nutrients.
