1 You do not need to be able to swim to avail of this. Attendees can enjoy the benefits of a dip in the sea.
2 There is no expected time length attendees have to remain in the sea. Attendees are encouraged to stay in the water for as long as is comfortable.
3 Warm drinks will be provided after the swim/dip.
4 The session is facilitated by Flow swimming who are there to support and can help attendees develop sea swimming techniques.
