📢 Announcement 📢

It’s with great sadness to let you all know I will be off for what I think at the minimum ~ will be the rest of the year for anything energy healing and events related. I’m awaiting a laparoscopic procedure for endometriosis, after so many scans, tests and 17 years of suffering with extremely horrendous monthly cycles and chronic illness, I can no longer keep pushing on with energy work especially where it plays so close to my heart. Womb healing has been my ultimate passion, but it feels ironic to continue at the moment when I’m suffering so badly with my own. I really neglect myself to burnout and im currently so poorly I can barely stand without feeling faint, my blood tests this morning has ruptured a vein im so weak , and I’m just so exhausted.

I’ve had another amazing run of successful energy work and healings, events, pregnancy predictions etc and meeting you wonderful ladies 🩷 but I must take time away for my own health, up my herbal healing and hopefully be one step closer to managing whatever is wrong with me, I’m so close to answers. I know you will all understand.

It’s not goodbye, it’s see you soon 🤍✨ take care of yourselves 🧸

The Monday slug has hit me like a truck 😴 there will be no online Zoom meditation this evening ladies sorry, I can barely move absolutely stuck in a fatigue crash. I suffer with extremely excruciating periods and am awaiting a laparoscopy for endometriosis (only 14 years in..🥲) I have been pushing to create and do so much lately I need to prioritise rest this week for my own mental and physical recuperation 🤍

Inner Eye Temple Psychic activation workshop will still be on this Saturday at the Wight Wellbeing Centre in Cowes, I’ll be getting things ready for that, still spaces available 🔮✨

Beautiful day connecting with a magical soul ✨🪽

Who gifted me this amazing feng shui book ~ not knowing this has been my personality since I was old enough to move my own furniture around 💪🏽 not knowing why but because the ✨vibes✨ just felt better after haha…. But even more amazingly not knowing.. I have a tattoo just like this on my back, lower half tiger 🐅 like that and top half dragon 🐉

Wow… 🌌🌳✨🌹

How to truly sum up this weekend… 💭 for me personally, as my first weekend retreat it could not of been more perfect. 5 women aged between 26-50 joined me for a truly heart warming, powerful, peaceful, soul nourishing experience in the woodlands. And how they all came out of their shells and let their personalities shine, the conversations did not stop, they got deep, emotional, there was hysterical laughter, crying with laughter, such deeply nourishing energy of women who came together and had no barriers or restrictions to how they wanted to express themselves.

Last night was one of the most beautiful nights I’ve ever experienced. Warm and cosy inside the geodome, after a dinner of homemade vegetable curry, we went into a powerful meditation ~ my Red Temple of womb healing ~ where through guided meditation and visualisation and connection we had a sacred ceremony of initiation 🌹 I held each woman individually, brow to brow and Infused them with healing and acceptance to the point they shook with sobs. My voice cracked at times with raw emotion and by the end I too was sobbing. To hold such powerful space and through devotional love, I remembered again how I have done this work for lifetimes, and when opening the temple ~ my soul is home. ✨ when inviting other women into the temple ~ their souls come back home. 🔥 through roses and fire, they got spiritually reborn and reconnected to their wombs.

We ended the night laying in the middle of trees in a clearing, wrapped in blankets gazing at the billions of stars above us, blessed with a clear night. 🌌✨ it was a surreal moment of clarity, connection and meaning. Again filled with laughter and joy and being fully present in the moment. Knowing we are connected to all things out there.

I made the girls sourdough, avocado, eggs and tomatoes for breakfast to end the weekend as we started, nourished with good food, love and held. 💚

A truly magical experience and I am already planning the next ones! A day event and another weekender ✨ so if you’ve been watching and feel called … your soul and physical and emotional body will thank you for it ❤️‍🔥

First evening and morning of the retreat 🌦️🌳🪵🔥

The storm last night was heavy but perfectly cosy in the geodome. The log burner kept us warm all night. The vibes are IMMACULATE ✨🌿

We had homemade tomato soup for dinner, snacks, and cacao made over the stove 🍫☕️

Today consists of more meditations, sound healing, woodland exploring in rain or shine! ☔️ grounding in the nature, chilling in our dome, journaling and doing cards!

Girl time is the best 🎀💓

Another busy week is almost done for me 🤍✨ the last 7 days ~ I have done soooo much prep for my woodland retreat this weekend, I have thought of everything, spent a fortune 😂🫰🏻 just need to load the rest of it in the car, do a food shop for the fresh bits tomorrow, I have made a tomato soup today for tomorrow evening, and these yummy dark chocolate nut butter loaded dates, retreat girlies goody bags made up, aura mists and roller oils made up, done 4 clients, hosted a full moon meditation circle for 7 ladies, made a cake last Friday for my friends birthday, been gym 3 x this week in the morning, made the weekend itinerary and meditations and think that’s about it 😂

Cannot wait to host my first big weekend retreat 🌿🌳 it’s going to be so special and amazing! 🧡
