πŸŽ™οΈIOW! Your next group is ready, thank you for your patience.

The NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme has demonstrated huge success and is primarily centred on personalised support for lifestyle changes.

Key elements include tailored guidance on healthy eating, increasing physical activity, and weight management.

The program's effectiveness is also linked to behavioural interventions that encourage improved dietary habits (including increased fibre, fruit, and vegetable intake), and physical activity recommendations.

Key Success Factors:

Personalised Support:
The program provides tailored, one-on-one guidance to help individuals make positive changes to their diet, weight, and activity levels. Delivered in a group setting for best results.

Focus on Healthy Eating:
Participants receive education and support to make healthier food choices, monitor portion sizes, and consider your intake of unhealthy fats, sugars, and salt.

Plus much more…
