I am absolutely honoured to announce I am now part of ‘s team @ in Rogerstone, Newport 📍

Kate is a ball of warm and bubbly energy and she shares the same passion and enthusiasm for female fitness as I do - her classes make the gym accessible, affordable and DO-ABLE as her in-gym play pen is perfect to keep a beady eye on the kiddos. That’s not to say we won’t push you 😈 It will be a pleasure to work alongside these two fine ladies!

I will be holding 2 classes per week here and also offering 1-1 Personal Training sessions from the location. Please DM me to enquire 📩

Christmas is just around the corner 🎅🏽

A little reminder (for me and for you lot, lol) that a few days of indulgence is NOT going to put you back to square one 👋🏼 and it should be guilt free! Memories stay with you forever and the keeping off a few lbs Christmas 2020 will not matter to you at 80 😂

Infact, what we will do is celebrate the end of a tiring year, eat what we like and train (or not train) how we like as we ring in 2021 no matter how uncertain we are it’s going to be much better than this year 😆

We can’t change the circumstances but we can change how we react - so eat the cheese and crackers and get back on the bandwagon in the new year with a fresh outlook and choose positivity!!

My client came to me looking to kick start a new routine focusing on improving upper body strength and developing a more balanced and structured workout routine in preparation for her wedding with online coaching.

She put 100% into her training absolutely smashing 4 days a week on a push/pull/legs split and some extra glutes and conditioning 🔥

Some of the AMAZING progressions we manage to achieve:
❤️‍🔥increased Lat pull down by 10KG
❤️‍🔥increased bench 4.5KG
❤️‍🔥increased deadlift by 10KG

-4.4lbs
-4.5 waist
+0.5cm glutes
Also rectified size imbalances in thighs and biceps 💪🏾

full day of eating 😝💜 this is a pretty good day of eating for me! i love seeing these on my timeline and getting meal ideas off them - so i want to do them more often!

i eat intuitively and i’m not tracking and no two days are the same!

breakfast: banana protein pancakes with blackberries, banana and a drizzle of sweet freedom vanilla, green tea with lemon 🍋

lunch: mackerel on toast drencheddd in vinegar and reduced sugar heinz soup 🥣

snacks:

sushi sample hehe
3 baileys leibniz featuring pretty vin 🐶

dinner: spanish grains, tuna, light mayo, baby leaf salad, tomatoes with hot sauce 😋😋

not pictured because they were very anaesthetically pleasing:
🍊 2 satsumas
🍇 120g grapes
🍫 100g dairy milk white chocolate
🌶 2 salt and pepper crackers with sweet chilli hummus

Newport 10K with ! Well done to everyone who took part 🏃‍♀️ my final time of 56.47 i’m happy with considering my lack of training and night shift a handful of hours before 😂 absolutely worth it to raise 90% of my £300 target so far!

Those who struggle to gain muscle mass, this one is for you!

We all have different body types. Whether you’re smaller and struggle to gain weight or maybe you are bigger and struggle to lose weight. Its usually down to your environmental factors and genetics! It’s normal. All body types prefer a particular state, but it doesn’t mean change is impossible.

Progress might be slow and it will require hard work but your goals are attainable with hard work and perseverance. 😊 this will not happen overnight!

We prioritised:
🍑 Small surplus
🍑 High protein diet
🍑 Progressive overload and regular training
🍑 routine remaining flexible and LIVEABLE

Well done for your hard work and unwavering dedication to yourself 💙 proud of you as you should be of yourself 💙
