February 1st💘💘
Lets solidify that january fresh start routine and keep building on it ladies
Lifestyle change, continual improvements inside and out. Not just for the first four weeks of the year 😌

For me January was very up and down🫶
⭐️my busiest month of pting i’ve ever had, arguably the best month of my coaching career. which has been amazing! i feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to have helped so many people begin/continue their fitness joureys
❤️🩹sickness, injuries & emotional fatigue has been hard to manage this month. put a lot of pressure on myself, i always do & it always pays off but it can get heavy.
⭐️made some amazing memories, new friends & continue to build relationships up
❤️🩹body image issues n mentally beating myself up a lot🫠
⭐️dieting for my holiday and it not taking over my whole life, finding a balance & making it work.
❤️🩹sleep routine was not there🫣 & i also crashed my car into a tree 😒😒😒
⭐️quality time with Lew, no matter how tired, busy, sick, bitchy or moany (either of us) are. we never let eachother down on this non negotiable💘
For Feb, I’m just so excited. Beautiful day for the first day of my fave month (mamas bday, my bday🎉)
Lots of things to look forward to🫶 Continuing to help my girls n guys work towards their best selves, continuing to work towards my best & happiest version of me💘, hopefully less injuries, stress & sickness🤞more hip thrusts & lateral raises and less beating myself up😌
It’s not too late to start now🥰 January was either your head start or your practice run🙃
