We are a family-owned business providing care in your home services in Telford, Newport and Bridgnorth (as well as the villages in between!). Home Instead's award-winning service is all about making care-at-home PERSONAL for your loved one. No 'pop in and pop out' appointments, but truly caring visits for at least one hour. Outstanding home care for your loved one, peace of mind for you in 48 hours During these uncertain times, you may be worried as to how your loved one will manage if you're not able to be there, for whatever reason. Home Instead, the first home care provider in the area to be rated Outstanding by the CQC are here to help. Started 10 years ago by Jenny and Jason Warren with a mission to change the face of ageing in our local community, we are a family run business that specialises in supporting and caring for older people in their own homes, in a way that we would care for our own families, with dignity, respect, patience and friendship. We are so proud of the fact that we make a difference each and every day, not only to our clients, but also to their families, friends and neighbours. It is a real privilege for us to be invited into someone's home, to help care and support them, sometimes during very stressful periods of time, and to make their lives better, in whatever small way that we can. Everyone's needs are different and respecting how each client would like to be cared for is at the heart of our Home Instead visits which last a minimum of one hour, so there's no rushed care, we focus on the person, not the task. Whether its support needed with the morning routine or bathing, making healthy nutritious meals, to helping around the home or just being with someone, holding their hand and giving reassurance, we are here to help.
