Mum to be Reflexology will be available to book on the website from 20th April 2026

This gentle, tailored treatment is designed specifically for mums-to-be, helping to support your body through the changes of pregnancy. Maternity Reflexology can promote relaxation, improve sleep, reduce stress, and help ease common discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue.

It’s a calm, nurturing experience focused on your wellbeing—giving you time to unwind and connect with your body during this special journey.

Suitable for the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Not suitable for high risk pregnancies.
Treatment room is on the 1st floor
