Burgers for the boysss!! (Girls and quite frankly for anyone who is interested)🍔
This was last nights feed, and it was marvellous🤩💪🏼
This is a double cheese & bacon burger, with sriracha mayo and onion chutney🙌🏼
I need to throw up a progress photo from this week, which will be today
So far calories have not been touched but this week we have fully hit a plateau, so next week we reduce calories slightly to get the weight moving again⬇️

Kept this one pretty standard, why fix what’s not broken!?🙌🏼👏🏼
We used:
125g 5% Lean Beef
1 Mini Brioche Bun
1 Light Cheese Slice (Halfed)
Spoonful of Onion Chutney
1 Bacon Medallion
Calories 350
Protein - 39g
Carbs - 23g
Fat - 12g
As you will have seen, I have started a tidy up
That being said I’m making a big emphasis on keeping my lifts where they are, since lockdown lifted I feel I have made some really good progress and I’m not willing to give it up easily. Have a great Monday.

68g Protein Double Cheese🧀🤤
What if I told you this burger was:
Calories 542
Protein 68g
Carbs 30g
Fat 16g
I told you I was going to switch things up, so that’s exactly what I am doing🙌🏼
That isn’t to say burgers are my new jam, I’m just going to do whatever and whenever😂
We used:
250g 3% Lean Beef
1 Brioche
2 Light Cheese Slices
Half an onion (cooked slow with a splash of syrup)

BLONDIExBROWNIE❤️
Here are my blondie/brownie Protein brownies with CBD infused Dark chocolate balls! The balls are available from 🍫🔥
I get all my CBD from .oils.uk they offer a large range of premium quality oils, sprays, rubs and edibles
Shout out to for the inspiration on these🙌🏼
Anyway here’s the recipe to make these bad boys
Full ingredients list:
350g Banana
150g Smooth Honey
150g Natural Peanut Butter
50g Coconut Flour
50g Plain Flour
15g Whey Protein Chocolate Flavour
5g Cocoa
15g Whey Protein Vanilla Flavour
1 Packet of Dark Chocolate Balls1. Firstly grab yourself two mixing bowls, a fork and your favourite wooden spoons
2. In the mixing bowls, add half of your banana in each and mash with your fork (you can pre cut your banana to make this easier).
3. Add in half the peanut butter/honey to your banana mixes
4. Using your wooden spoons, fully mix until the ingredients are incorporated evenly.
5. Then gradually begin to add half of your dry ingredients to each of your banana, honey and peanut butter mixes excluding the dark chocolate balls, we will be using these later)
6. You shouldn’t need any additional liquid so be patient and continue to fold the mixture
7. Once your happy with the consistency, grab yourself a 9x9 tin and line with greaseproof paper
8. Spray the tin lightly with non-stick cooking spray
9. Carefully pour in your brownie mixture layer and sprinkle on the CBD dark chocolate balls, before adding the blondie layer
10. Place the tin into the middle of oven and bake for 17-20 minutes 160-170° (this will vary depending on the size of the tin and heat of the oven)
11. Check on the goods regularly, you want the top to be cooked however the insides to be moist and a little gooey.
12. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for atleast 10 minutes
13. Cut into squares.

Happy Sunday All! Check out this delicious Choc Chip brownie recipe🤤
What if I told you this bad boy only contains 140 calories! 🙌🏼This is by far my best brownie recipe, if you try it tag me and let me know what you think👨🏻‍🍳
Full ingredients list:
240g Ripe Banana
100g Smooth Honey
100g Natural Peanut Butter
40g Coconut Flour
40g Plain Flour
3 Scoops (30g) Max Whey Chocolate Flavour
10g Cacao Powder
10g Cocoa Powder
10g Dark Chocolate Chips1. Firstly grab yourself a large mixing bowl, fork and favourite wooden spoon.

3. Add in the remaining peanut butter/honey to your banana
4. Using your wooden spoon, fully mix until the ingredients are incorporated evenly.
5. Then gradually begin to add all of your dry ingredients to the banana, honey and peanut butter (excluding the chocolate chips, we will be using these later)
6. You shouldn’t need any additional liquid so be patient and continue to fold the mixture until everything has turned a deep rich chocolately brown colour
7. Once your happy with the consistency, grab yourself a 9x9 brownie tin and line with greaseproof paper
8. Spray the tin lightly with non-stick cooking spray
9. Carefully pour in your mixture and sprinkle on the chocolate chips
10. Place the tin into the middle of oven and bake for 15 minutes (this will vary depending on the size of the tin and heat of the oven)
11. Check on the goods regularly, you want the top to be cooked however the insides to be moist and a little gooey.
12. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for atleast 10 minutes
13. Cut into 12 squares.
14. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Raspberry cake! I’m actually irritated that I didn’t post a picture of the slice, so for that reason we must make it again😂😍
has been keeping me well fed over this lockdown period 👀
I’ve only managed one actual weight session this week, but managed a few runs, so the plan is to smash a couple of workouts for the next 2-3 days hmmm 👀💪
How hot has it been today....but how nice has it been, now sitting in the garden with a beer🍻

Sunday Runday as usual today, managed to get 17.1 miles under the belt first thing in the Sun☀️🏃🏻‍♂️
If you seen my story you would’ve seen I wanted 20 miles today, however my knee was giving me an issue from about mile 10. Pace dropped gradually from then, before I had to call it early at mile 17. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body, “no pain, no gain” is a load of bollocks👍🏼
Anyway here is an absolutely beautiful lemon drizzle cake put together, I’ve slowly (very quickly) been making my way through it🙌🏼

Stacked them high and topped with Protein Bites, Powdered PB, Biscuit & Drizz🙌🏼🥵

We just make one big pancake and chop it into four, ideal when your on time!🕰

Happy Tuesday All, Happy Fluffy Protein Pancake Day!🥞
Another glorious day, another day of painting but we are all done, so it’s time for a workout, before a roast this evening!
Was scrolling through my previous posts and this one popped up, and I had to repost this fluffy protein pancake recipe🥞
You’ll need:
1x Large Egg
120ml Egg Whites
100g Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
15g Max Protein Powder Vanilla
70g Coconut Flour
½ Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Sweetener (Stevia)
50-100ml Water
Mixed Berries
Sugar Free Syrup
Fry-light spray oil
1. Place all the wet ingredients into a blender
2. Add the all the dry ingredients
3. Begin to pulse the mix until smooth
4. You may find the mix very thick, in order to loosen it up add some water, however do so in small increments to ensure your mix isn’t overly runny
5. We want a paste like consistency, as this will help the pancakes stay fluffy
6. Preheat a frying pan over a low/medium heat and add some non-stick cooking spray
7. Wait for the spray to turn clear.
8. Add your batter mix to the pan, creating evenly sized pancakes
9. The mix should make 6-7 medium evenly sized pancakes
10. Serve hot with fresh/frozen berries & syrup of choice (sugar free or not)
11. Enjoy!

Happy Humpday! Hope your all well and being happy😊
Not your usual type of bowl today, however I felt I needed it for my own sanity 😅 sometimes I just don’t fancy chocolate, and today was one if those days
Give me the blueberries & Biscoff! Not to mention this bowl coming in at shy of 350 calories
We have:
40g Oats
25g Cinnamon Danish (.food.fitness special)
2 Biscuits
Dark Chocolate Chips
Drizzle
It’s a simple, effective bowl which tastes fantastic, but unfortunately the appearance not so much!
