‘Manhattan Reiki Treatment’

I created the Manhattan Mellow Reiki Treatment for my clients who are working more than they are giving back to themselves.
Many of us are working 9-5 jobs. Stuck in a system that does not allow our souls to flourish, has no room for us to be our authentic selves, and does not serve our highest selves.
Manhattan is a borough of New York that is always buzzing with activity. It never stops. Manhattan Mellow brings the much-needed time out that most of us are craving. I will focus on Reiki rebalancing both your masculine and feminine energies. No matter what gender you identify with. Our masculine energy is our active, outward-focused force characterised by purpose, and our feminine energy is our creativity, intuition, nurturing and receptivity. When we are working, we are in our masculine energy. This leaves little time for many of us to 'Just be'. All genders need a balance of both. Without this, we become drained, irritable and frustrated, which can cause us to burn out.

Why did I choose the name NewYorke Holistics?

NewYorke Holistics was created by me to offer the Newport community a holistic escape, a safe, energetic space and a time-out zone from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Life can be stressful. We all have personal responsibilities to fulfil. Even for the calmest personalities in life, the world is tough. The energy is heavy. People are at a point where they are working on autopilot. Struggling with an out-of-balance work-life balance. Too many demands to juggle both at home and at work. You have probably found yourself asking the question, what about me? When do I get some relaxation time? This brings in resentment. Resentment that gets stuck in our energetic system. What feelings does this cause? Repressed anger, frustration, numbing in the body, disconnection from self, anxiety, depression and more. Holistic Therapies, such as Reiki (Japanese natural healing can aid your healing. Getting to the root cause of both emotional and physical issues. Both are connected. The corporate world is not set up with our well-being as a priority.

So these were my reasons for the creation of the service NewYorke Holistics:

* New (abbreviation of the word Newport)
* Yorke (my family name)
* New York is a bustling city, which we can relate to as never stopping. A part of our daily lives.
* Holistics: A belief that the parts of us are interconnected. Mind, body and soul.

So...NewYorke Holistics takes into account the importance of energetic balance in a world where most of us are subjected to both energies. It recognises that life is not all sunshine, rainbows and flowers. It accepts that fact. It supports you in balancing your wellbeing alongside your work and home life responsibilities. Giving you a space to unwind, calm and recharge. No phones ringing, no emails to answer. no caring for others, just time for you and you only! Give yourself the gift of self-love. We all deserve that.

I created NewYorke Holistics to provide Newport, Wales, UK and the surrounding areas with a wellbeing service for the local community. Holistic Therapy is much needed in a world that can be very stressful. The systems in the world are not set up to support our emotional and physical well-being. Because of this, most people are out of balance with the world's natural flow. This means our bodies are consistently programmed to be in 'fight or flight' mode. Because of external pressures such as financial worries, our bodies are conditioned to switch into survival mode. This has detrimental implications for our long-term health, such as anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, we cannot change the world system on our own; however, we are responsible for managing our own health & wellbeing.
Inviting Holistic Therapy and Life Coaching into your life means you are taking the first step towards your individual healing journey and planning goals to become the greatest version of yourself. We are all different. We have different wants, needs and desires in life. We have different experiences, beliefs and opinions. This is what makes up the beautiful tapestry of life. With the pressures of life, our authentic selves can become repressed. We can create masks to 'Fit in' with a system, such as presenting ourselves in a certain manner to get promoted at work or not speak our truth in order to avoid losing our jobs. All of this repression gets stuck in our energetic system. We are not truly being who we were born to be! Holistic Therapies such as Reiki (Japanese Healing) can work through emotional trauma, releasing repressed emotion from our energetic system. Aiding our healing journey. Life Coaching then focuses on recognising limiting belief systems we hold about ourselves, such as 'I'm not good enough to apply for that job' and planning steps towards reaching our goals and living a version of our dream life. All treatments and sessions are tailored to each of our clients' requirements. I work alongside you to gain insight into what therapies would suit our own individual needs the most. I offer a free online/telephone consultation to do this. Whilst we all need to 'Make a Living' in today's world. I am not driven by money. I am driven by my passion for wellbeing and making a positive impact on the community. NewYorke Holistics aims to bring out the light in all clients. This in itself adds to a brighter world.
