☁️ NEW YIN YOGA CLASS TONIGHT : 7:30PM ☁️
Yin Yoga is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The Yin practice is slow, quiet and meditative - Most of the poses (or shapes) are seated hip openers designed to mobilize and maintain a healthy range of motion in the hip joints. Mobility and freedom of movement in general contribute to a happier and healthier lifestyle. A perfect way to stretch out aching muscles after a day in the ocean, or simply to unwind and clear the body and mind from daily stress.

For our Pilates princesses💌
we’ve got three signature sessions on our menu this autumn + winter 🌶️
our founder and new Pilates instructor is slowly making her way off of maternity leave and is dipping her toes back into some weekly sessions. Jan 2026 we’ll be seeing a whole lot more of her with a few more sessions to bring to the menu ⚡️

I am so blessed to call this home, and to share it with so many others. I want to thank all our students + teachers who have joined us along the way, without you, the loft wouldn’t be what it is today! The love that’s poured into this space goes unmatched 🤍
