🔥 I was thinking about anger today.
Anger isn’t always the enemy.
It can be a mover.
A shifter.
A force that says, “No more.”
And from that place, real change can happen.
Anger can protect.
It can wake us up.
It can bring about better… for good.
But there is another kind of anger.
The anger that was never heard.
The anger born in the inner child belief system.
The anger that rises without thought or reason.
Old, automatic, and deeply rooted.
That part can cling.
It can decide to stay mad for years…
sometimes lifetimes.
And that anger doesn’t free us.
It binds us.
There comes a time when the soul whispers:
You don’t need this armour anymore.
It’s time to surrender.
To soften.
To release what was once protection but is
now a prison.
Not by force.
But by compassion.
Let the anger that moves you, move you forward.
And let the anger that binds you… go.
