Not just the parts that shine — but also the parts you’ve been taught to hide.

Yes, you are kind, loving, creative, and strong.
But you are also human. Messy. In progress. Sometimes reactive. Sometimes unsure.

🌓 We all carry light and shadow.
Healing doesn’t mean erasing the shadow — it means understanding it.
It means saying: “Even this part of me deserves compassion.”

You don’t need to be perfect to be worthy.

We all have that little voice inside—sometimes it's encouraging, but other times, it can be our harshest critic.

🧠 “You’re not good enough.”
🧠 “Why can’t you just get it right?”
🧠 “Everyone else is doing better than you.”

🌊 2. Breathe Through It – Take slow, deep breaths. Imagine yourself riding the wave, staying balanced.
🌀 3. Observe, Don’t React – Watch the urge rise and fall, like a wave that eventually fades into the shore.
