Morning Tubies n Foodies
Well this will be my 14th day without vitamins. Hopefully get them today as I rang up yesterday, if I hadn't of rang up my next delivery is March 21st, this means I wouldn't had no vitamins for over a month.
Complained to homecare and had no response. 22nd & 27th Feb
Complained to LRI LIFT team who said they would contact the homecare team. 27th Feb
11th March I rang the homecare team to enquire if LRI LIFT tram had been in contact with them, I did say I was never going to ring the homecare team ever again, buy needed to know if LRI had contacted them. The answer was NO they haven't been intouch.
27th Feb Homecare team was rude and unprofessional when I asked to speak to a manager I was talking on the 21st Feb who assured me my delivery on the 22nd would be OK, which it wasn't, missing items and items I said I didn't need.
I have been feeling chit for the last 6 months however I've had this headache now since Saturday, its not lifting and I'm unable to take medication.
I am now going to contact CQC as I want a different care team.
I'm sick of calling the homecare team and LRI LIFT team.
For the last 6 months my deliveries have been messed up. And I found out yesterday, that the Homecare team had messed my prescription up in Feb after spending an hour on the phone going through it.
My vitamins bags I have to dilute them in are 250ml for some reason after going through the list with them its stated 100ml bags.
Just frustrating and your being told make sure you take the vitamins as my bloods have been all over the place since September.
I've lost all confidence with it all now, and for those who know me, know I really hate being on this feed bo****ks and I'm sick of being stressed and the anxiety it is causing me.
