Still smiling about the chats we had after class in the studio yesterday 😍
I went home and made the little treat we were talking about and it turned out so good I had to share.
It’s super simple:
• A couple of dates (pressed down on a board)
• A spoon of peanut butter
• Melted dark chocolate with a tablespoon of coconut oil poured over the top
• Pop it in the freezer… and that’s it ✨
Not only is it delicious, it’s full of goodness too:
Dates bring natural sweetness and are packed with fiber to support digestion and keep you feeling satisfied.
The peanut butter adds protein & healthy fats, which help with muscle recovery and keeping energy steady.
And the dark chocolate. Rich in antioxidants and just the perfect finishing touch.
