IKC Retriever Championship 2025 🏆

Connollys RED MILLS ENGAGE Dog Food were delighted to support two exceptional days of competition at Drumbanagher Estate.
It was a pleasure to see the very best working retrievers and handlers come together on short notice for a Championship that delivered quality, consistency and true sporting spirit throughout.
The standard on display was outstanding! 🙌
Powerful, athletic dogs showed drive, accuracy and control under pressure, backed up by confident, intelligent handling. The ground set a serious challenge with snowy conditions throughout, colder temperatures proved difficult for both handler and dog but honest work and intelligent handling, brought out the very best in the dogs on the day.

A huge thank you to Willie Forde for his fast preparations in arranging this Championship and all the IKC Championship Committee for the opportunity to be part of such a prestigious event. The exceptional Drumbanagher Estate and their amazing grounds crew and for service like no other! A truly outstanding location 👏👏

Massive Congratulations to all the prize winners. Especially the overall winner Rinus, who travelled the whole way from Holland, with his dog Reeve to compete 👏👏👏
