The fields walked before us.
The strength passed down quietly through generations.
To stand in this and to raise our boys in it is something I am incredibly proud of.

There comes a moment on every healing journey when we realise… the little one inside us still wants to be seen, heard, and held.
At Stepping Stones, I offer Inner Child Healing Sessions, gentle, supportive spaces to reconnect with the parts of you that learned to shrink, stay quiet, be strong too soon, or carry emotions alone. Together, we create safety for that younger self to express, release, and receive the love and reassurance they may not have had at the time.
This work is deeply personal to me. In my treatment room, I keep a beautiful photo of my younger self, not just as decoration, but as an honouring. A reminder that I am committed to continuing my own inner child healing too. I don’t just guide this work… I live it.
Healing your inner child isn’t about blaming the past. It’s about reclaiming your joy, your voice, your boundaries, and your worth in the present.

My higher self has been shouting "water, water, take more water" at me. But for some reason I havnt taking the importance of it on board.

Who wants to join me on the water challenge,

I was going to say... Starting tomorrow, but instead I'm saying... Starting now and for the next 7 days. I going to drink only water.

Why...... My body needs it, inside and out.
