Feeling tight, compressed, or in need of a reset? This week’s class focuses on lengthening the body and creating space which will help you move more freely and stand a little taller.
Through a steady, beginner-friendly flow, we’ll work on extending the spine and gently stretching the muscles to:
✨ Improve posture and alignment
💛 Ease built-up tension
✨ Increase mobility and overall comfort in your body
Expect a class that feels energising yet accessible, with enough movement to build warmth, but at a pace that never feels overwhelming.
Perfect if you’re new to yoga, feeling a little stiff, or simply want to reconnect with your body.
