For the last two weeks I have been feeling all over the place physically, emotionally, and energetically.

So much going on cosmically and collectively, which then boils down to the individual. My human self has been struggling to stabilise.

Surrendering to the process to come out the other side shinier than ever.

Whooooooooosh the energies are high today!

Sitting in my morning meditation and connection today, my channel was opened wide to love, abundance, and receiving. Which in turn I channeled out to the collective. Wow, it felt crystalline and expansive.

The activations I have been receiving over the past week are mind-bogglingly beyond any frequency I have experienced before. As I receive, so do you, so does every being in the collective. There is no getting away from the fact that we are all connected, all one.

Send out your highest intentions and desires to the Universe today (everyday!) and know in your heart you will receive it.

✨️Magical Mugwort ✨️

The Mother of Herbs, The Witches Herb

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is steeped in a rich history of it's medicinal and magical uses, and this beautiful plant spirit ally has much medicine, both physical and energetic, to offer.

Mugwort is strongly associated with the Divine Feminine. Her botanical name Artemisia is taken from the Goddess Artemis - the Goddess of wild primal feminine power.
Mugwort can assist in supporting the female reproductive system, and help those who have lost touch with their femininity. Mugwort brings an influence of softness and sensitivity, and opens up the intuition.

She has long been worked with in magical ritual and ceremony to open the psychic centres, aid dream work, and bring strong energetic protection.

Drinking mugwort tea before bed can induce prophetic and lucid dreaming.

Mugwort makes a potent smudging herb, and for those who live in the UK and Europe, mugwort is our native cousin of sagebrush, which is used by indigenous American communities for smudging and medicinal purposes.
By working with our native plants, we cultivated a deeper connection to the land and the plant spirits around us.

Daily spiritual practice doesn't need to be perfect.

Read that again.

Whether you manage 5 minutes or an hour, it all counts.

My daily practice consists of meditation, plant medicine, connecting in with my guides, Spirit, and my higher self, drumming, movement, and more.
For me it is non-negotiable, and I always carve out the time for it - whether that means waking early before the small is up, or spending my evening in connection. On the odd occasion where I've not managed to meditate, I certainly feel it in my body, mind, and energy.
Hello grouchy mama 👋

My practice keeps me grounded, centred, connected, and protected.

I'm moving into the autunm of my cycle, and today I found my thoughts very scattered, and my focus the same. So instead of my usual meditation practice, I simply sat with my breath for a long time, and I felt a lot of emotion bubbling up to be processed.
I played my drum to assist the release, it's rhythm and vibration deeply cathartic.

I didn't beat myself up for not doing my usual practice. I listened to my body and soul, to guide me in what I needed.

On asking guidance from my Guides I pulled the Drum card. Confirmation of being in alignment with my inner guidance and spirit. 💚

So grateful to be on this journey 🙏

Plant Medicine 💚

Anyone who knows me well knows I LOVE medicinal plants.

I have a deep passion for herbal medicine. Over the last two decades, I have done a lot of self study on the uses and cultivation of medicinal plants, and I really love to pass on that wisdom, and work with the herbs in my business.

I grow and forage herbs for teas, and occasionally make potions and lotions as gifts.

While I am not qualified (yet!) To treat specific ailments with herbal medicine, if you come for a 1:1 or group session with me, chances are you are going to be offered herbal tea - intuitively formulated for you.

Over the years, through my spiritual practice, I have also incorporated more exotic plant medicine into my practice, notably hapé and cacao. These beautiful medicines have become almost a daily personal ceremony, and have elevated my spiritual practice, and assisted me on my healing journey.

I now offer hapé and cacao in my sessions for you to experience their wonderful medicine.

In the woods today, this beautiful buzzard feather lay in my path. I am a collector of feathers, and this is my first gift from buzzard, and will be made into a smudge fan with other feather gifts. Made with reverence and gratitude to the animal spirits.
